The project is located in the suburbs of Tallinn. The architecture had to be carefully integrated into a narrow plot with a limited building footprint. All rooms, windows, and the terrace are maximally oriented to the south. The facades are finished with thermally treated timber cladding, while the lower level is clad in standing seam metal.
