The house is located in Rapla on a picturesque plot with a distinctly varied terrain. One of its key advantages is its proximity to a large open area of state-owned land, featuring an open field and beautiful southern views from the house. This positioning allows all living spaces to be oriented to the south, maximizing scenic views and providing abundant natural light. The composition of the house consists of two volumes: a residential block and a utility block, connected by a pergola. The house is deliberately divided to frame the perspective—creating a visual “screen” that opens up panoramic views of the field, both from the interior and the exterior.
